I'd love to try apricot chicken, I just can never bring myself to make it. In high school home economics, my oldest daughter's class made it, the chicken was supplied by the teacher, after eating their lunch most of the class became ill because the chicken was a bit "off". Thankfully everyone recovered. The teacher issued an apology and all was well.
