Well, this is my first foray into Menu Plan Monday. Things are still a little haywire this week, but I'll see how far I get :)
Monday - Apricot Chicken
Tuesday - Macaroni Cheese
Wednesday - Veal & veggies
Thursday - Spaghetti Bolognaise
Friday - Pizza & Garlic Bread
Saturday - Leftovers
Sunday - Roast Chicken & roast veg
That looks good actually, and all I need to buy is some mince to get those on the table. Of course as it's been so long since I've done a decent grocery shop, there will be tons of top ups on things like flour, tomato sauce etc. But I guess that's what it's all about :)
YUM!! Apricot Chicken sounds delicious!! Great meal plan.

Sounds good to me too! I'm coming for dinner this week. Hope you're cooking extra. LOL. Must admit, I do enjoy reading other people's menu plans. :-) Other than the fact that it makes me hungry. LOL.

Hi! Welcome to MPM. I've been joining in the organized fun for a couple of months and it's helped me so much. Your menu looks really delicious this week and I enjoyed a brief perusal of your recent posts as I was checking it out... What sort of degree are you working on?

I second the welcome! I've been doing it for a few months now, and even though I made meal plans before that, I feel like when I post them, I am more likely to follow through. Especially because I find new recipes too!
And yummy - apricot chicken does sound delicious!

Thank you all for the wonderful welcome to MPM. I've been menu planning for a couple of years and have a brilliant list of meals I can pull out of all sorts of places in a necessity LOL.
Decided this was the week to get organised enough to actually DO MPM, even though I've been reading for a few months.
friedorka - I'm in my first year (of about 7) of an external law degree, which as you can see takes up a lot of time with two little munchkins at home :) But it's worth it.
